In-School Programming
The National Leadership Center
As our leadership initiatives continue to grow beyond Ariel, we’ve recruited four new trainers to meet the rising demand for dynamic programming for high school-aged students. We are also in the process of revamping our curriculum to create dynamic, impactful workshops that resonate deeply with participants (which includes our custom-designed “Escape Room Experience”). In 2025, we served more than 6,000 high school-aged students nationwide through the training Moriah describes in the video below. As we grow our programming in 2026 to include the Jerusalem Leadership Institute, we also want to share updates on our expanded reach in local Israeli schools that seamlessly integrates with the work happening at the NLC. Students are engaged, eager to share, and encountering life-changing leadership principles that will help shape Israel’s future!
The National Leadership Center (NLC) is a 142-acre outdoor experiential learning environment in Ariel, Israel. Since it was founded in 2010, the NLC has hosted more than 100,000 students, soldiers, educators, and families, inviting them to step into their biblical heritage through intentionally developed curriculum and activities. The NLC’s long-standing partnership with the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Education positions it as a vital resource for leadership development, social resilience, and trauma recovery, and it remains a beacon of hope for the nation of Israel.
