In-School Programming
The National Leadership Center
As demand for our leadership curriculum continues to grow beyond Ariel, we have adapted our programming to include on-site training in schools nationwide. In 2025, we served more than 6,000 high school-aged students. As our initiatives expand to include the Jerusalem Leadership Institute, we will continue to integrate new curriculum in ways that coincide with our work in Israeli schools and at the NLC. Students are engaged, eager to share, and encountering life-changing leadership principles that will help shape Israel’s future.

The National Leadership Center (NLC) is a 142-acre outdoor experiential learning environment in Ariel, Israel. Since it was founded in 2010, the NLC has hosted more than 100,000 students, soldiers, educators, and families, inviting them to step into their biblical heritage through intentionally developed curriculum and activities. The NLC’s long-standing partnership with the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Education positions it as a vital resource for leadership development, social resilience, and trauma recovery, and it remains a beacon of hope for the nation of Israel.
